Fertile Feminine Masterclass
Learning nutrition wasn’t about supplements and “biohacking”, nor was it about defeating a set of symptoms, it was about acquiring the knowledge to birth a new way of lovingly relating to one’s body, and therefore one’s self. It was about restoring our original vitality through nourishment.
After deep self study and training in nutritional therapy, I work one on one with women to remember our bodies’ wisdom, to heed the call of our bodies’ ask for presence, and to recover individual vitality and fertility.
Cacao & Creativity Masterclass with Lila
In this live masterclass, we were guided by Lila, founder of Heart Song Cacao, into a deeper connection with cacao as sacred plant medicine. Together, we explored the energetic and spiritual properties of cacao, how to prepare it with reverence, and how it can support emotional healing and feminine creativity.
