Meet the Team
Meet Tamara | Founder
When people leave a conversation with Tamara, she hopes they feel heard, seen, softened, and expanded. She is passionate about inspiring those around her with a renewed sense of wonder about themselves and about life.
Her work is rooted in a deep love for group spaces and the magic that happens when people gather safely. For Tamara, sitting in circle has been one of the most meaningful and joyful ways she has connected to herself and to others. There is something uniquely powerful about being witnessed by many mirrors at once. Something whole, dynamic, and alive that cannot be replicated alone.
Curiosity has always been the throughline in her life. It connects her background in social work and therapeutic spaces with her work as a facilitator, coach, and creative. At its core, her path has been guided by a desire to understand what it means to be human. She explores healing, creativity, connection, and community as intertwined ways of being alive.
Tamara’s way of holding space is candid, relational, intuitive, and deeply human. Her facilitation is soft and playful, grounded and organic, shaped by presence. She values connection over hierarchy, and believes that no one person holds all the answers because wisdom emerges in relationship.
She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has spent years training and working across healing and embodiment modalities, including yoga and meditation, inner child facilitation, family constellations, energy work, and spiritual empowerment. Her work has been deeply shaped by years of close collaboration with mentor and teacher Bela Divine, alongside a wide range of therapeutic and somatic studies. CAYA was born from the knowing that one-on-one work or a single program was not enough. Tamara felt a clear call to create spaces where people could gather without hierarchy, without gurus, and without needing to arrive fully formed. A space where community itself becomes the medicine.
CAYA is for those who are curious about themselves, about connection, about what else might be possible. It’s for people who may not have all the answers, but feel ready to explore more depth, honesty, and aliveness than their everyday lives allow.
CAYA is an offering born from Tamara’s desire to create safe, playful, relational spaces. To Tamara, CAYA is a place where healing feels human, connection feels real, and wonder is welcomed back in.
Meet Annabelle | CAYA Facilitator
Hi, I am Annabelle, and I created Living Lucidly because I have always sensed that the line between dreaming and waking is thinner than most people believe.
As a child, I lucid dreamed easily, slipping into realms where time, space, and logic dissolved into something sacred. Over time, waking life began to feel similar: a dream to awaken within.
Through studying the holographic nature of the universe, connecting with the spirit world, and dissolving the boundary between real and unreal, I have come to trust one thing deeply:
The dream is always speaking.
When you learn to listen, life becomes rich with meaning and magic.
This program is about lucid living.
It is about becoming more present, more powerful, and more yourself through dreamwork, self-inquiry, and mystical awareness.
If you are curious, you are ready.
If your dreams feel like more than just stories, this is your space.
If you crave community and reflection, you belong here.
Let’s wake up together.
