Intimate Women’s Retreat

We are inviting 6 women to unplug, soften, and reconnect to themselves in a beautiful beachfront villa, only 30 minutes outside of Merida, Mexico. The intention is a slow and spacious experience to align with the longest night of the year.

Tamara: Founder of CAYA + Co-Facilitator

Curiosity has always been the throughline in my life. It connects my background in social work and therapeutic spaces with my work as a facilitator, coach, and creative. At its core, my path has been guided by a desire to understand what it means to be human. I explore healing, creativity, connection, and community as intertwined ways of being alive.

My way of holding space is candid, relational, intuitive, and deeply human. My facilitation is soft and playful, grounded and organic, shaped by presence. I value connection over hierarchy, and I believe that no one person holds all the answers because wisdom emerges in relationship.

Annabelle: CAYA Facilitator

My relationship to this work has come through lived experience, through travel, dreamwork, and time spent exploring ancestral connection and subtle realms of awareness.

Over the years, I began to notice that communication is not limited to words or what we can physically see. There are layers of perception available to us through sensation, imagery, feeling, and inner knowing.

Through studying the holographic nature of the universe, connecting with the spirit world, and dissolving the boundary between real and unreal, I have come to trust one thing deeply:

When you learn to listen, life becomes rich with meaning and magic.

Spend a few days held in sacred silence

If you’ve been craving space to slow down, to unplug, to hear yourself more clearly… this is for you.

We’re keeping this experience intentionally small so each person can be deeply held within the space. If you feel the pull, you are invited to join us.
