࿔ Inside The Circle ࿔

Each week is a gentle rhythm designed to keep you safe, supported, and steadily reconnecting with your creative spark. Here’s what you’ll experience when you step into the circle:

What You Will Experience

  • Every gathering begins with a somatic practice to settle your nervous system and help you arrive fully in the present moment. Safety first, always.

  • A question, image, or spark from The Artist’s Way or mythic storytelling opens the door for reflection and connection. This sets the tone for your inner exploration.

  • We tend to the tender parts of you with reparenting, parts-work, or compassionate practices that restore trust and soften resistance to creating.

  • A short live creative exercise, from playful prompts to creative sprints that help bypass the inner critic and lets your imagination flow.

  • You’ll be witnessed by a circle of kindred spirits. Sharing is always optional, but being celebrated for your presence and process builds courage and joy.

  • Instead of pressure, we set gentle “next steps”: tiny, doable actions that help your creativity grow sustainably. You’ll leave with a spark you can carry into the week.

  • Can’t make it live? Every circle is recorded, and you’ll also receive access to a library of supportive practices and tools you can revisit anytime.

Core Pillars

  • 𖦹

    Safety First

Every circle begins with somatic grounding and inner-child care, creating a trauma-informed container where creativity feels safe to emerge.

  • Gentle Discipline

Small, consistent steps replace pressure or perfectionism. We focus on rhythm over results, cultivating habits that nurture creative flow.

  • 𖦹

    Playful Practice

Experimentation is the medicine. Prompts, mini-sprints, and lighthearted exercises reconnect you with curiosity and joy.

  • Loving Witnessing

You’re not creating alone. Sharing in a supportive circle builds courage, dissolves shame, and celebrates your progress.

  • 𖦹

    Inner Repair

We tend to the parts of you that felt silenced, stuck, or unworthy. Through reparenting and reflection, resistance becomes resilience.

  • Soulful Expression

The circle honors art as a path of self-discovery. Each session reconnects you with your voice, vision, and the deeper story you’re here to tell.

When we step toward our own becoming, tender voices often come with us. These parts are not wrong, they are simply trying to keep us safe. In Las Lobas, even your doubts belong.

The Voices That Arise

  • It makes sense you want to keep yourself safe. In this circle, failure does not exist. Every attempt is celebrated as courage. You are held in a space where your presence matters more than the product.

  • Creativity is messy, playful, and alive. The circle is designed to help you create with freedom, not pressure. Progress and action are the goals, not polish.

  • We are all artists born of creation; called to continue creating. You belong. The Creativity Circle is not about titles or talent. It’s about showing up with curiosity and giving your voice a safe place to be heard and express.

  • This circle is built to fit into real lives. Each session is gentle and spacious, and replays are always available. You only need to arrive as you are, no extra preparation required.

  • It’s okay to be unsure. Many come in wondering the same thing. The circle is an experiment, a safe place to try. Often the shifts are subtle at first, then grow as you notice resistance softening and joy returning.

Every voice within you has a place here. Bring them and watch how they soften in the safety of the circle.

Fear is a natural reaction to moving closer to the truth.

Love letters from our circle members:

  • "Do it. Do it scared, do it nervous, but let this be your sign to put yourself out there, because you deserve it. Joining this group has taught me the importance of community. With every session, I leave in awe. There is so much love and synchronicities with a group I met not too long ago and I am truly grateful for this experience. While I am still on my journey, Las Lobas have created such a loving and safe space that I am able to expand with their support. I'm honored to be a part of this sacred circle.”

    — Stephanie Ospina

  • "Gathering with a group of women consistently every week has been exactly what my heart has needed. CAYA has created a safe container for women to express and share, as well as listen and receive. This unique opportunity to gain insights and connect with people of all walks of life has been eye opening for me in many ways. Every time I hop off the call, my cup feels full and my spirit renewed. I would absolutely recommend this experience to any woman craving connection, or simply the opportunity to feel seen and understood. Thank you to Tamara and Melissa for showing the way back home to the Wild Woman.”

    — Libby Bryans

  • "The CAYA Las Lobas group is a safe space to exist and deep dive into inner thoughts that I usually don't share with people. It is a strong container for emotions, ideas and sisterhood style community. It truly does feel like a warm hug that also touches dark soul spaces in the best kind of way. THANK YOU!”

    — Sara Beltran

  • "Joining Las Lobas this fall was exactly what my soul needed. It has been an honor to connect with woman from all different walks of life, and hear their stories and perspectives that are so different yet so familiar to my own. I feel like I have grown so much from this circle and connecting to my Wild Woman. I look forward to every Tuesday meeting because I know that it's an hour of time where I can show up authentically myself, bare my deepest shadows and brightest joys, and be held and supported through it all. There is never any pressure to show up in any way other than myself, regardless of good or bad days. Melissa and Tamara have made the experience one of deep reflection and genuine connection”

    — Caroline Buck

  • “I'm so glad that I joined Las Lobas, a beautiful and Transformative circle. I truly look forward to the calls every week. I'm deeply grateful for the facilitators and the women who are part of this container. I love that each gathering begins with a check-in, where every woman has the opportunity to share how she's feeling or respond to a prompt. The somatic exercises and journaling portions are incredibly grounding and supportive. This space feels safe, nurturing, and filled with genuine care. I feel seen, heard, and held in a way that has helped me grow and reconnect with myself. Overall, being a part of Las Lobas has been deeply healing and transformative, and I highly recommend one of the CAYA Circles.”

    — Aylin U.

  • I had the opportunity to join Las Lobas, a women's circle offered by CAYA. This was my first circle with CAYA, and I can confidently say it will not be my last.

I had an incredible experience with a small, hand-selected group of beautiful, strong, supportive, and wise women.

Doing deep inner work is such an intimate and vulnerable process that requires a container of safety and alignment, which CAYA captured perfectly.

The facilitators, Tamara and Melissa, were incredible, and while their credentials are impressive, their lived experience and embodiment were of the highest value.

Their insight, guidance, and support moving through each week had a tangible impact on my life.

While growth is often a process that demands time and consistency, I can attest that in the relatively short time span of Las Lobas I made massive leaps in my personal and spiritual development.

The support offered by the sisterhood created in this container truly made the

"growing pains" and personal transitions easier to bear with clarity and confidence.

I would encourage anyone interested in a CAYA circle to join.

Taking the step is a commitment to consistently moving towards your evolution with accountability. Nothing compares to the feminine energy, nourishment, and power that comes from other women joining to support each other and grow together.
