Mind: What is your mental space like? Do you experience anxiety, worry, negative thought patterns? Maybe you are curious about practices like mindfulness and meditation. Maybe you just need someone to listen to you.
Body: How does your body feel? Do you sense tension and stress stored—perhaps in your chest, shoulders, lower back? There are gentle ways to care for the body, release energy, and breathe with more ease.
Spirit: Do you feel in conflict with yourself? Like you are trying to figure out who you are, why you are here, what you “should” be doing? Discover the answers to these questions in a safe space, with someone who cares.
